2. SCOPE OF POLICY
This Policy applies to:
- All customers who purchase products on HonjekExpress.com
- All third-party vendors selling on the platform
- All eligible physical goods, except where exclusions apply
3. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
A product may be eligible for return if:
- The item delivered is incorrect
- The item is damaged or defective on arrival
- The product is significantly different from its description
- The item is incomplete or missing accessories
All return requests are subject to verification and approval by HonjekExpress.
4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

- Items returned without original packaging, manuals, or accessories

- If the return is due to vendor fault (wrong, damaged, or defective item), the vendor bears the return shipping cost
- If the return is due to customer preference or error, the customer may bear the return shipping cost, where applicable
Return shipping instructions will be provided upon approval.
9. CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
Returned items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Include original packaging, manuals, and accessories
- Be properly packaged to avoid damage during return transit
Items returned in unacceptable condition may be rejected.
10. OUTCOME OF APPROVED RETURNS

12. FRAUD PREVENTION
HonjekExpress reserves the right to:
- Investigate abnormal or repeated return requests
- Reject fraudulent return claims
- Suspend accounts involved in abuse of the return process
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
HonjekExpress acts as a marketplace intermediary and is not liable for vendor product defects beyond the return, replacement, or refund remedies provided under this Policy.
14. POLICY UPDATES
HONJEK TECHNICAL LIMITED reserves the right to amend this Return Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
